We believe that by investing in education we are investing in the future. For this reason we are working to establish agreements with various educational centres and incentivising continuous learning among staff at Bopepor. Promoting an interest in knowledge renewal helps to sustain the desire for growth at Bopepor.

Furthermore Bopepor’s training area has a permanent enthusiasm for improving and specialising the different programmes offered with the aim of enriching the experience within the classroom and obtaining satisfactory results for both trainees and trainers. For this, a plan for optimization of training quality has been developed, through which a follow-up and evaluation of the subjects taken is done. The training quality plan is aimed at enhancing the efficacy and permanent adaptation of knowledge to the requirements of the labour market. For this purpose, a specific procedure has been developed, which allows for training assessment and satisfaction follow-up.
