RECEPTION AND SLAUGHTER


The livestock reception area routinely updates its systems in order to acquire the most cutting-edge approaches in the field of animal welfare, placing a priority on the safety and comfort of the animals from the moment they arrive at the facility.
 
Two parallel slaughter lines with a daily maximum capacity of 32,000 pigs make up the slaughter area.
 
The Au-ToFom™ technology uses exact specifications to sort the carcasses automatically based on a number of quality standards and records the data on a separate chip. With the use of ultrasonic image analysis, this system’s accuracy offers our products a high level of traceability. We also have 13 chilling chambers where the carcasses are refrigerated, preserving the product’s microflora and organoleptic quality.

CUTTING ROOM


The cutting room has 12 completely equipped vacuum packing machines in addition to 23 operational lines, one of which is specifically designed for cutting heads. The ideal conditions in this room ensure that all sanitary and technological criteria for both domestic and international sales are met.
 
Our huge cutting room’s operating system conforms with the toughest standards and regulations, enabling us to work from basic cuts to different finishes in accordance with customer requirements. To maintain food hygiene and safety, the entire facility is cleaned and disinfected at the conclusion of each working day.

COLD


40 freezing tunnels in total, with a daily freezing capacity of 2,500 tonnes, are available at Bopepor. These tunnels, which are among the most sophisticated and cutting-edge techniques in the refrigeration technology industry, may reach -40 oC and enable a quick and precise freezing procedure.
 
The facility also has freezer storage and preservation chambers with a maximum capacity of over 8,500 tonnes.
