The outstanding reports we received in the annual audits are evidence of our unwavering commitment to the pursuit of excellence, which has prompted us to take exceptional steps to raise the level of animal welfare in our facilities.

Bopepor’s philosophy includes the pursuit of optimal animal welfare, and in this vein, our meat plant includes a variety of measures to support the protection and comfort of animals beginning with reception, such as its unique unloading mechanism that uses hydraulic platforms to ease the animals’ climb to lairage and prevent them from getting hurt. Also, the company offers training at its own training facility, where it is permitted to teach three educational modules on animal welfare by the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, and the Environment.

Since we feel that caring for animals is also our responsibility, we have strengthened our commitment to animal welfare. We will also continue to emphasize the value of adding to the finished product because investing in animal welfare means investing in quality.
